REDUCE THE SOUND OF NERVOUSNESS IN YOUR VOICE
When you are nervous you tend to hold back your energy and limit projecting your voice. The air pressure of your breath energizes the voice. This pressure creates the force that vibrates the vocal folds (vocal cords).Therefore, instead of getting softer when you feel nervous – take a deep breath, talk LOUDER and “blast through” the vocal folds. This will reduce or stop the quiver and/or the nervous voice. Will you be less nervous? Not necessarily at first. Will you sound less nervous? Yes. As you hear your voice inside your head it may sound like screaming to you, but to your audience you will sound confident and in charge.

and/or the quiver in your voice.

NEW BOOK! (Plus workshops and individual business consultations available)
Title: "someone forgot to mention, Change is HARD";
Subtitled, 'Facing Fear and Change from the Mind of an Entrepreneur'
Synopsis: Now that change is here its like, "Wow! Ouch! Change is HARD!"

In her book, "someone forgot to mention, Change is HARD" the author poses as the reader’s ‘Guardian Angel’ helping face the changes happening today.

In her book, the author’s voice talks to three audiences at once: the experienced leader, the ‘wanna-be’ leader and even those who don’t want to lead. If your among the ‘I don’t want to lead crowd’; she urges you to please carefully discern who you follow, but know you can be a cheerleader.

Yes, she is not letting you off the hook.

The author also urges the experienced leader and the business community to “paying it forward” in the BUSINESS COMMUNITY CHALLENGE; giving tribute to those who have helped you along the way by helping someone else today.

And finally the ‘wanna-be’ leaders, this book is for you. Sharon wrote this book because there are too many people out of work. Many are very experienced and talented but there are just not enough jobs. It’s time for more leaders. As she sees it, if we want to save America as it was founded, we need to plant the seeds to grow more American Dreamers.

Her goal is to teach the reader how to become a purposeful leader and follow their own dreams all with childlike fearlessness. Make a change, be a leader!

Founded in 1996, WRB Communications delivers quality contact center solutions. We collaborate with companies to better understand their business objectives and goals prior to initializing their call center program. Our 24/7 call center services includes providing Product Information, Customer Service, Adverse Event reporting, Product Complaint reporting, Training, and Fulfillment – all services provided by our skilled agents from our facility in Virginia. We are adept at hiring both healthcare professionals as well as customer service agents to staff the call center operations.

For nearly 15 years our focus has primarily been in the healthcare arena and interested in exploring teaming opportunities – I have come across several opportunities where call center services is a component of a larger project yet I would need an IT or Systems Development organization (or, other) type of group to team with or to be prime.
I am interested in meeting new colleagues, learning more about your service offerings for future teaming opporutnities.

Thank you,
Denise Dixon
